Scott Scherer — Integral Coach
Scott Scherer has a diverse leadership background in the private and social sectors, which gives him a broad depth of experience.

As a successful business owner of more than 20 years, he brings practical, real world experience to bear on his coaching work. His work is a blend of wise and practical accompaniment, with a focus on deep, lasting change. Scott is well versed in Mindfulness, Focusing, the Enneagram, and various somatic modalities.
A graduate in Economics from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, Scott’s studies have included programs in language and arts at the University of Madrid, Spain, and global trade and strategy at St. Peter’s College in Oxford University, England. He earned a master’s degree in Management from the Executive Management Program at the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management in Claremont, California.
Scott is an executive himself. In 1991 he co-founded Los Angeles based Catholic Travel Centre, a specialty group travel company which he now owns and manages, operating 70+ tours a year.
Scott’s own journey is about both the inner and outer paths. He is a follower and devotee of the work of Eugene Gendlin, and has practiced Focusing for over twenty years. He is schooled in Trauma Resiliency and serves on the Board of Advisors of the Trauma Resiliency Institute. He has a regular meditation and contemplative prayer practice and is trying his hand at yoga (plus other parts of him, as well!). He is an avid poet and creative writer, and is currently working on a memoir of his father’s life.
