Executive Coaching: An integral approach to leadership
Executive Coaching for Leadership with Excellence and Purpose
We believe that everyone has the potential to achieve excellence in leadership, no matter the field or position in an organization. We utilize a systematic methodology of integral executive coaching to identify a person’s unique gifts and potential, as well as the areas in which they need to develop skills, confidence, or other capacities.
- First, we perform a comprehensive initial assessment of the opportunities and challenges for the leader to achieve a specific intended goal. We include a 360° assessment in which we systematically interview and/or survey peers, supervisors, supervisees, team members, and other people who know the coachee well. This enables both the coachee and us to get a clear understanding of how his or her leadership is perceived by others.
- Once we identify the person’s core needs and objectives, we create a development plan that supports the individual in building skills and competences that will allow him or her integrate the learning into everything he or she does, overcome obstacles, create lasting change, and become a better leader for the organization in the future.
- Over the course of 3-6 months or longer, the coachee applies a range of new practices in his or her life with ongoing support and consultation from the coach. This incremental, holistic approach enables clients to practice new skills and ways of being, deal with the inevitable challenges and breakdowns, and effectively grow into greater leadership.
