Integral coaching takes into consideration the influence and impact of all areas of people’s lives in order to bring about lasting change.
This approach to coaching is used in a range of contexts, from top-level executives wanting to improve their leadership and personal performance, to individuals seeking more balance and purpose in their lives. So whether you are a manager, a human resource or organizational development professional, an employee, or someone wanting to use coaching as a tool to help others, this course will build your competence to coach other people as you learn the concepts, methodology, skills, and way of being of a coach.

About the Instructor
Committed to the growth and development of leaders and communities worldwide, Cynthia Luna has over 12 years of experience coaching groups and individuals in the corporate and non-profit worlds. She uses cutting-edge techniques that have been proven effective in creating long-term high performance and lasting change, and that integrate concepts of culture and diversity.Ms. Luna is co-founder of LF Leadership, a firm offering leadership development and coaching to individuals, communities and organizations across the United States and Latin America. Prior to founding LF Leadership, she worked with ShoreBank Advisory Services in Chicago and in the Mexico City office of ADC Telecommunications.
Ms. Luna is certified as an Integral Coach by New Ventures West and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She holds an MBA in Organizational Development and Operations from Loyola University in Chicago.
